After doing some in-depth research on stands that would work for dress forms I found the perfect one. If you look on the internet, you’ll find a lot of tutorials using the design below.
Is not a bad one, but after testing it, I realized that it wasn’t the most stable stand. That’s why I decided to look a little further and try to find a better one. And here is!
This stand has superior stability and can support more weight with four points of contact. It also looks great!
Mark along the pipe where we want to make the cuts.
Once you have all the pieces cut, just join them following the diagram below.
Step 4: Add the vertical pipe
If you want, you can cement the joints to make it more stable.
Step 5: Paint the stand
Give your stand a more finished look with a coat of spray paint.
